Cricket’s 2010 Device Lineup Details Leaked [Cricket's 2010 Lineup Includes The Kyocera Zio, BlackBerry Curve 8530 & More]
Wireless carrier Cricket has recently had what appears to be a leak. A leak that has come in the form of a 2010 device lineup, and while we are already a few months into the year it looks like Cricket still has something interesting left to offer.

I understand that some may not be as familiar with Cricket, so I will point out that Cricket is a smaller regional based carrier here in the US. They seem to offer a decent selection of feature style phones and just recently we learned that they updated and simplified their calling plans. The nice part about Cricket is that they operate contract free, which for some is very important.
Moving back to the topic of their 2010 device lineup, it looks like customers may soon have something to pick that is a little more than your standard feature phone. According to the details it looks like the BlackBerry Curve 8530 is going to come available in August and be selling for $349.99. Of course we also have the Kyocera Zio M600, which is Android based and expected to be selling for $299.99 when it comes available in July.
Additionally, other models that can be added to the list include the Kyocera Domino for $99.99, the Cricket CAPTR II for $129.99, the Cricket MSGM8 II for $139.99, the Cricket TXTM8 3G for $159.99, the Kyocera Rio for $159.99 as well as the Samsung r631 and r710 which will retail for $199.99 and $249.99 respectively.
Moving on past the phones, Cricket is also planning to launch a trio of USB modems including the Huawei USB Stick, the Cricket A605 and the ZTE Modem all of which will sell for $119. Finally, and last but not least, Cricket is launching a Huawei branded MiFi in September for a yet to be determined price.
All things considered Cricket seems to be making some strides. Reworking their current plans and recently adding more coverage areas (they now have access in all 50 US states) as well as adding some popular items such as an Android phone and MiFi.
