iPad Apps Already Available in the App Store
Apple is rumored to have sold close to 500,000 iPad units if we count the in-store pick up orders which haven’t been paid for yet. Therefore one of the most important problems for Apple right now is getting content in time for the Apple 3 arrival of the iPad. Once customers pick up the iPad next week they will want to test out apps and eBooks in order to better experience the whole iPad universe. And Cupertino should better be able to deliver it.

We have already told you that 30,000 free eBook titles are waiting for consumers. Besides those, $9.99 bestsellers are also rumored to be lined up in the iBook Store for you. Magazine subscriptions details have been leaked earlier this week so all we need now are some cool apps to play with.
And it looks like the App Store has listed some iPad apps although they have been removed from the App Store quite fast. Dubbed as HD or XL, the new apps have been leaked to the world as soon as they were noticed. We can easily assume that someone’s head has either rolled over or the person that made this “unintentional” mistake just received a promotion and a well-deserved raise for showing everyone that iPad apps are where they should one week before the arrival of the tablet.
We have no official press release from Apple concerning the actual availability of the iPad apps but we’re expecting developers to fill the App Store with HD and XL apps really fast. The iPad is not going to be a goldmine just for Cupertino, but for third party retailers/programmers too.
It will be interesting to see if any free apps will be made for the iPad. The average price for these iPad apps is somewhere between $4.99 and $9.99. Sure they are still very affordable but that doesn’t mean iPad owners will simply throw their money at just any app, or eBook for that matter, found in Apple’s iTunes. Some will look for free content, even if filled with various advertisements.
So let’s hear it from the “fools and idiots” that already purchased the iPad. What are the first apps and/or eBooks that you’re going to look for and why?
