Asus Eee Top ET2010AGT AIO PC European Pricing Confirmed
If you happen to be based in Europe and you’re in the market for a new, mulittouch capable AIO (All-in-One) PC then you may be interested in the up and coming Asus Eee Top ET2010AGT – or, if you can do without a touchscreen, the Asus Eee Top ET2010AG – both of which are set to hit the Euro zone sometime in May.

The Windows 7 powered Asus Eee Top ET2010AGT (you’ll forgive us for concentrating specifically on the touchscreen model) comes with a 20” 1400 x 900 resolution mulittouch enabled display driven by an ATI Mobility Radeon HD5470 graphics card with 512MB of onboard dedicated memory whilst the device itself derives its horsepower courtesy of a 1.66GHz AMD X2 2502u processor paired with AMD’s RX780 chipset. You can also factor in 4GB RAM and a 7200rpm hard drive offering 500GB of integrated storage capacity (though we should advise that, if you opt for the non-touchscreen version, you’ll have to settle for a 320GB capacity HDD).
Of course any discerning AIO PC would not be complete without a host of connectivity options and, in that respect, the Asus Eee Top ET2010AGT doesn’t disappoint in offering integrated WiFi (802.11b/g/n) as well as an 10/100/1000 Ethernet port whilst, if you’re looking to hook up the device to a HDTV you’ll be pleased to know that there’s also a HDMI port in evidence. Additional connectivity comes in the way of no less than 6 USB 2.0 ports, which should see even those with a wide array of USB peripherals suitably catered for, and audio in/out allowing you to connect the device to external audio equipment. Finally there’s also a memory card reader.
Those of you looking to use the Asus Eee Top ET2010AGT to, say, communicate with friends and family are also covered thanks to the addition of a 1.3 megapixel webcam allowing for video calling. And, if you’re looking to watch films or play audio CDs on the ET2010AGT Asus have covered that too with the inclusion of a DVD Super Multi drive, though, of course, this will serve equally well as a standard burner allowing you to backup files.
The Asus Eee Top ET2010AGT is reportedly set to release across Europe sometime in May at which ;point it’ll retail for around €650 (circa $870 as at the time of writing) whilst, if you are still non-fussed about touchscreen functionality, the Eee Top ET2010AG, which is set to come in at some €600 (circa $800).
