Video: First Apple iPad Commercial Released
It’s official, Apple have released their first iPad commercial that’s been designed to showcase just what the iPad is capable of in terms of multimedia capabilities, web browsing, personal information management and communications all wrapped up in a style that’s all too familiar (yes, Apple are sticking with their iPhone style of advertising, just in case you ever expected anything ‘fresh’ in terms of production).

The iPad commercial, which also, of course, shows the iPad being utilised as an eBook, pretty much left us dead to be honest – but perhaps that’s just me – as its just feels like Déjà vu and we suspect it’ll play beautifully into the hands of the ‘iPad is just a giant iPhone with eReader functionality, except it isn’t a phone’ camp.
So, if you’ve viewed the iPad commercial above, what do you think? Does the iPad ad galvanise you into thinking that you just have to have an iPad, or did it just wash over you and leave you totally cold and wholly un-enamoured as it did me?
Please feel free to drop us your thoughts using the comments box at the bottom of this page as we’d love to know whether this ad has just sold you on the iPad, or not.
