Having just given you a heads up concerning the leaked specs of the new HP Elitebook 8740W we’ll continue with more HP news as, if you’re in the market for a new netbook, and you want a netbook that’ll stand out from the throng, you may be interested in the new HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition netbook which has just become available for pre-order on Amazon.

The HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition netbook comes with a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450CPU, 1GB of DDR2 memory (Amazon’s listing confusingly says 1GB and 2GB – we’ll take it that its just the one), a 10.1” 1024 x 600 widescreen display (powered by an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 GPU) and a 250GB 7200rpm hard disk which means, all said and done, its not wholly striking in terms of specs (though it isn’t too bad either – pretty much standard netbook fair) but, of course, if you’re looking for a fashion netbook perhaps this is not of especially major consequence.

Touting a battery life of around 4.5 hours (not the best, but reasonable) the HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition netbook can be pre-ordered now via Amazon for just shy of a cool $600, however, as at the time of writing there’s no confirmed shipping date.
