Corsair Force F200 & Force F100 SSDs Support TRIM, Billed as Ideal for Gaming Rigs

Following the introduction of their Reactor and Nova SSD ranges, Corsair have taken the wraps off its latest range of SSDs. Known as the Corsair Force Series, Corsair’s new 2.5” SSDs, which presently consist of the Force F100 and Force F200, are billed as being idea for gaming rigs and offer 275MB/s sequential write speeds and 285MB/s sequential read speeds.

Utilising the Sandforce controller, Corsair’s new Force SSDs come in 100GB and 200GB capacity flavours (F100 and F200 respectively) and come in 2.5” format – though a 3.5” bracket will be supplied with the drives for those looking to mount them in 3.5” bays.

There’s no word concerning pricing of Corsair’s new solid state drives as at the time of writing, however, Corsair have confirmed that they’ll hit retail in around a couple of weeks time.
