Infocus Productivity LCDs Revealed

Infocus Outs Thin LCDs for Business Communications

Infocus, a company known as a projector manufacturer, has introduced a line of business-optimized LCD displays that are shipping now.  The Infocus LCD displays distinguish themselves from consumer LCDs by offering  an expanded range of connectivity and image scaling for sources typical of business use.

The new LCD displays by Infocus are available in 42-, 55- and 65-inch models that each offer native 1080p resolution (as well as 1920×1200 resolution from a computer source).  They are optimized for business used based on the built-in processing of over 70 video modes, as well as a wider-than-standard range of connectivity.  These Infocus LCDs feature built-in computer mode tables and pro-grade image scaling for over 70 analog and digital pc video modes, roughly five times greater than a typical consumer-grade LCD.  In the conference room or the lobby, these displays will be set to handle just about any source your employees, IT department or visiting consultant can throw at them.

The Infocus LCD displays are shipping now, starting at $1,399 for the 42-inch model and topping out at $7,499 for the full size 65-inch model.
