Nintendo DSi XL US Release & Pricing Confirmed
Nintendo have acted to confirm that the latest iteration of their DSi handheld gaming device, namely the Nintendo DSi XL, which boasts displays that are 93 percent larger than those of the Nintendo DS Lite, is set to hit the North American market next month.

Specifically set to hit retail on March 28th, the Nintendo DSi XL will be made available in two colors consisting of the burgundy model that’s been seen countless times in Nintendo’s press shots and a bronze version whilst, in terms of out-of –the-box software the DSi XL will come with Brain Age Express: Arts & Letters, Brain Age Express: Math and Photo Clock and two free applications, Nintendo DSi Browser and Flipnote Studio, preloaded. The device will also come with a larger pen stylus allowing for a ‘more comfortable grip and enhanced ease of use when playing games that use the Nintendo DS touch screen’.
Timed to coincide with the release of the Nintendo DSi XL Nintendo will also be releasing two software titles to the North American market – America’s Test Kitchen: Let’s Get Cooking and WarioWare: D.I.Y. – which, according to Nintendo’s press statement will ‘demonstrate the enhanced experience available with the Nintendo DSi XL’.
The Nintendo DSi XL’s US pricing has also been confirmed with the unit coming in at just shy of $190.
