HTC Desire Sense UI on Video [HTC Desire User Interface Looks Amazing, Makes Us Drool]
For those US customers trying to suppress their feelings and not hate HTC for not bringing their most powerful smartphone, the Desire, across the Atlantic, here’s one more reason why you shouldn’t — the company’s Sense UI not only works like a charm with Android 2.1 in the back , it looks quite amazing.

So just how great is the new HTC Desire given the fact that unlike the Nexus One, it comes with the new HTC Sense user interface that features the new helicopter view and the FriendStream integration? Here’s a quick overview from our good friends from GSMArena, playing with it for a few moments.
As you can see from the video, Sense UI renders just great on that display and the optical joystick comes in handy when you don’t want to “navigate” with by using the touchscreen.

For those out of the know, the only difference between the Nexus One (available on T-Mobile in the US) and the HTC Desire (available in Europe) is the Sense UI, some hardware buttons and the optical trackball instead of the regular trackball.
