Windows Mobile 6.5.3 DTK Released
The big news right now, concerning Microsoft’s mobile platform at least, may well be Windows Mobile 7 (sorry MS, I mean Windows Phone 7) but that doesn’t mean that, on the development side, MS are forgetting about Windows Mobile 6 – as is evidenced by the release of the Windows Mobile 6.5.3 DTK (Developer Tool Kit).

The Windows Mobile 6.5.3 DTK, which covers both Professional and Standard editions of the platform, has just been made available in seven locals and ‘provides documentation, sample code, header and library files, emulator images and tools you can use with Visual Studio to build applications for Windows Mobile 6.5 and 6.5.3.’
Available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese (simplified) if you’re a developer looking to obtain the new Windows Mobile 6.5.3 DTK you need to point your browser here.
