Origin Eon 18 Gaming Laptop Revealed
The high-end PC manufacturer Origin has released a new performance and gaming laptop. The Origin Eon 18 laptop is an 18.4-inch gaming pc, the brain child of three former Alienware execs who departed from the company upon its acquisition from Dell Computer.

The Origin Eon 18 gaming laptop promises high-end gaming performance with topped-out specs. It is powered by an Intel Core i7 Extreme processor (or a Quad or Core 2 Duo option), 8GB of RAM and up to 1.5TB of storage. It features an 18.4-inch LCD display running dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285M graphics cards with a quoted “50% more performance” that prior models, although we’re not precisely sure how to translate that marketing speak.
The Origin Eon 18 also features HDMI connectivity for Blu Ray and other devices, a fingerprint scanning system for security and a 2.0MP webcam with microphone. Beyond that, the Origin Eon 18 has been given a stylish case design, one that’ll turn heads and capture the attention of anyone who recognizes its brand. Those may be few and far between for now, but the unit is shipping now for a price of $2,070. It’s safe to assume you will start seeing this one pop into gaming circles soon-ish.
