First spotted just days before Christmas in some leaked FCC documents, the new ASUS T101MT netbook tablet has finally become official on the company’s website revealing its full specs. From what we can see the new T101MT convertible runs on a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 (Pine Trail technology) processor, boasts a 10.1-inch LED-backlit multi-input touchscreen (1024×600 pixels), up to 2GB of RAM and up to 320GB of storage space.

Other than the above, ASUS T101MT will bring Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1 (with EDR) connectivity, a crappy 0.3 megapixel camera or a built-in multi-card reader for up to 32GB of extra storage. The 2.9lbs system also comes with one VGA port, three USB slows and one for Ethernet connections,  a headphone and microphone ports, along with a battery advertised to keep the show running for some 6.5 hours.

The new ASUS T101MT ships with Windows 7 (Starter, Home Basic or Premium) along with 500GB of cloud storage from ASUS WebStorage for one year as a gift. There’s nothing official regarding price or an actual release date.
