Asus EeeTop ET1610PT AIO Unveiled

Neew EeeTop With 15.6" Touchscreen Display Surfaces, Powered by Atom D410 CPU]

Asus have added to their EeeTop range of AIO PCs with the introduction of the Asus EeeTop ET1610PT which, aside from sporting a 15.6” touchscreen display, comes with Intel’s new Pine Trail Atom D410 CPU under the hood.


The Asus EeeTop ET1610PT, which, incidentally will also be offered sans touchscreen (namely the ET1610P), offers a screen resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels with the display being powered by Intel’s GMA X3150 graphics chipset and will additionally sport either 1GB or 2GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive, Gigabit Ethernet supplemented by integrated WiFi connectivity (802.11b/g/n), a 5-in-1 card reader and a 0.3 megapixel webcam.

Due to hit the European market any day now, the Asus EeeTop ET1610PT (and the non-touchscreen EeeTop ET1610P) will ship with Windows XP – though if you want to upgrade to Windows 7 (especially if you’re opting for the touchscreen touting variant) you’re offered MS’s latest OS as an upgrade option – and is expected to retail at around the 400EUR price point.
