Windows Mobile 6.5.3 is the new version of Microsoft OS in town. While we don’t know if al Windows Mobile 6.5 phones are going to get the update anytime soon we do know that so far just one smartphone will come with v6.5.3 on board and that’s Sony Ericsson’s recently announced Aspen handset.

Like I said, folks, you should better wait for Windows Mobile 7 to come out. But if you do get a chance to upgrade your smartphone to v6.5.3 don’t hesitate to do it. Although Microsoft will announce Windows Mobile 7, the first phones running it will only be available later this year. And chances are that most current WinMo 6.5 phones won’t be upgradeable to WinMo 7 so why not try 6.5.3 in the mean time?
