Sony Ericsson X10 (Xperia X10) Release Delayed?
Following on from bringing you news of the new Sony Ericsson Aspen and subsequent to various reports we’ve seen concerning an apparent delay in the release of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 we hit Sony Ericsson for an official response.

Few could have not seen reports concerning that release date for the Xperia X10 purportedly slipping but, based on our contact with SE themselves, there appears to be no substance to the rumours at all.
Our contact at Sony Ericsson (who’s in the know) told us ‘With regard to the X10 launch date… the only date we have is Q1 2010’. So, its official, there is no delay in the X10’s intended launch date – regardless of what you may have read elsewhere.
Oh and is this a good time to reiterate that we’ll be at Sony Ericsson’s UK MWC event in London to report directly on what’s taking place, as well as to bring you hands on reports concerning SE’s latest handsets? Stay tuned.
