But it doesn't mean it's better than Ubuntu, which in some scenarios it actually is. Like if you really need to use some Microsoft software which will not run under Ubuntu. And for the fact that environment is dominated by Microsoft's OS: If we all think like you than it will always be dominated by MS, which will be good only for Microsoft and bad for all of us. Just have a look at internet browsers, now that there is some competition from mozilla and lately from google the browsers are just getting faster and more compatible with web standards. why shouldn't it be like that for OS as well? I think some competition is always good. any way I understand, your article is not about it but please be more careful even for "little" things which are not in the main focus.
