iPad Considered a "Comedy Gold Mine

Apple's iPad Not Capable of Doing Magic, People Make Fun of It

I don’t know about you for us here on TFTS it’s pretty frustrating, as the device we’ve long speculated last year, the Apple iPad, has been unveiled this week and in a matter of hours has managed to disappoint.I’m not only talking about the fact that it doesn’t have a built-in kickstand, won’t allow multi tasking (likely to be available when iPhone 4.0 will be released), but the thing doesn’t have Flash support, a media-card reader for photographers or maybe an USB port to connect it to your PC — which is quite a deal breaker even though it comes with a rather cheap price tag.

In a word, the Apple iPad doesn’t do magic (like we all expected it to do) and people are now starting to make fun of it. Among those to be nasty with the stylish tablet, the chaps from CollegeHumor really have a point in their new “iPad Commedy Gold Mine” video — they say that from feminine hygiene to giant iPhone, it’s really hard not to make fun of it; “its most revolutionary feature is its big fat stupidness.”

So how about you guys, what do you think about the Apple iPad? Would it make any difference if it was called different or if it allowed multi task?
