Toshiba Qosmio G65 W/90LW Notebook Announced in Japan
Are you in the market for a new notebook and trying to find a machine that stuffs as much power as possible under a stylish casing, then you shoul definitely check out Toshiba’s latest model, the new Qosmio G65 W/90LW. Speaking of being snappy, the eye-catching new Toshiba Qosmio G65 W/90LW runs on a 2.40GHz Intel Core i5-520M processor, has 4GB of RAM (up to 8GB) and a GeForce GT 330M (1GB) video card to render graphics for you.

The chic new Qosmio G65 W/90LW notebook weighs in at 5 kg, comes with a rather large 18.4-inch LCD panel that does FULL HD 1,920 x 1,080 resolutions, has a 500GB hard drive, a Blu-ray optical drive and an Intel HM55 Express Chipset. Other than that the machine runs Windows 7 Home Premium (32bit/64bit versions), has Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) connectivity, a digital terrestrial TV tuner and built-in Harman Kardon stereo speakers.
Connectivity wise there’s an ExpressCard/54 slot, Bridge media slot, USB 2.0×4), IEEE 1394, HDMI out, mini D-Sub15 pin and Gigabit Ethernet.
All these for a not too shabby 258,800 yen ($2,890 at today’s rate), or 283,800 yen ($3,170) for the version that comes pre-installed with Office Personal 2007 and Powerpoint 2007.
