Google Nexus One Gets Own Car & Desktop Docks

We knew this was going to happen and now we have more details about it. Google’s Nexus One, the top of the line Android smartphone, will get some important accessories, at least for some people. The desktop docking stations and the car dock are going to be available soon although they aren’t likely to be must-have accessories.
Google forgot to introduce these upcoming accessories at the Nexus One launch but that doesn’t mean they’re not getting ready to launch them in the near future. And in the mean time Google hasn’t specified the arrival dates of this gadgets but it hasn’t tried to hide their existence from the public eye either. On Google’s support page for the “Using Car Home” section, one will find these words neatly typed: “You can use Car Home whether or not you have a Nexus One car dock (coming soon).”
Furthermore Google reps will tell you that:
The docking stations for Nexus One are not available at this time. Stay tuned though, they should be available soon.
What more could you ask for in order to confirm the devices? According to earlier leaks one could have easily spotted the desktop and the car docking stations. Priced at $39.99 and $49.99, respectively they are quite affordable but definitely not everyone will get them. They are supposed to improve your Android experience which goes to show that Google is trying to do its best to prove what Android can really do for you.
Unfortunately the only complaint that still stands regarding Google’s first ever handset is the 3G problems that it had to face in the past days. Other than that the Nexus One is probably going to be a turning point in the history of Android phones as other manufacturers will want to use it as a model for their upcoming Android handsets.
