Cowon J3 PMP to Feature 3.3" AMOLED [Wi-Fi Enabled Cowon J3 Portable Media Player Rumored]

The Koreans from Cowon are expected to release a new portable media player in the upcoming weeks, but have done a great job keeping tight-lipped and haven’t announced anything official, yet. The mysterious Cowon J3 PMP, as we don’t have anything other than this leaked rear-view diagram, is supposedly going to charm with a 3.3-inch WQVGA display, that does 480 x 272 resolutions features an AMOLED panel.

On top of that the J3 portable media player is expected to ship with up to 16GB of storage space (other choices are 4 and 8 GB), might come with a card slot for extra memory, a built-in DMB tuner and Wireles connectivity — although we’re not sure if that’s Wi-Fi or Bluetooth A2DP.

Of course none of these have been confirmed by now, but we certainly can’t think of Cowon announcing a new product these days without packing the above as standard. Yet, we wouldn’t minda  higher resolution display … right?

There’s no word on price or availability for the new Cowon J3 PMP, but we’re pretty sure it won’t take long till new images and specs leak online.
