Samsung R30 & R80 Series Laptops Get Official at CES 2010

Samsung, like other laptop manufacturers, has decided to reveal its latest creations at CES 2010. The R30 and R80 laptops lines have been officially announced and we’re going to take a brief look at the models presented so far.

Todd Bouman, director of product marketing at Samsung Electronics had this to say about the new notebooks:

With Samsung’s new notebook models, we’re excited to deliver a both stylish design and high performance. Combining a range of wireless connectivity options and LED backlit displays, these products are ideal to be used both as mobile devices as well as desktop replacements for all-day use.

So let’s see if he’s right, shall we? The R80 series has three brand new models which should satisfy the needs of any gamer or movie lover. They are multimedia “powerhouse notebooks” which should be taken seriously when looking for such products. The R30 series is “crafted to perform” and its comprised of two new models. Both computers will be ready to be used for both work and leisure so get ready to choose your next Samsung laptop!
