A French online retailer has prematurely put up a listing for a new Samsung N220 netbook, leaking the specs of the machine early. While most stats of the netbook are fairly standard, it comes with another one of Intel’s new Atom Pine Trail processors, which are more energy efficient than the previous generation.

The Samsung N220 will come in a ‘glossed green’ plastic finish which looks pretty decent. The screen is the typical 10.1-inch display. Under the hood is the new Atom N450 processor with GMA 3150 graphics. 1GB of RAM and a 250GB HDD round out the stats and a webcam is included. Samsung included a chiclet keyboard – a very polarizing feature as people seem to either hate or love them.

Samsung is claiming the six-cell battery life will provide up to 11.5 hours of battery life, probably thanks to the Atom N450. Samsung is on the Pine Trail bandwagon with both feet as this is their third Pine Trail powered-netbook revealed since Pine Trail was just announced nine days ago. No word on the shipping date, but the N220 will cost €350 ($501) in France.
