Logitech M905 Wireless Mouse to Run on Glass

Logitech Anywhere Mouse M905 to Feature Darkfield Laser Tracking Tech

Folks from Logitech Korea have added to their premium wireless mouse collection with the new Anywhere Mouse M905. Featuring the company’s latest Darkfield Laser Tracking technology, the new Logitech M905 will “turn the world into a mouse pad” that will  work virtually everywhere, and yes that includes even that stylish glass desk of yours that grabs everyone’s attention when getting into your office.

Unlike optical mice and standard laser mice that usually stump on clear glass (min 4mm thick that is) and high-gloss surfaces, the new Logitech Anywhere Mouse M905 promises to work wherever you do. On top of that it comes in a compact size with a contoured shape that fits naturally into most hands.

But as good as it may sound or look, there are drawbacks as you shouldn’t expect any lighting-fast maneuvers or gaming-grade cursor speed, because the M905 doesn’t have it. Another thing is that if you’re working on “exceptionally clean glass” apparently you have to wait “until the dust settles”.

The new Logitech Anywhere Mouse M905 is now available in Korea and should cost you some 639 HKD (or about $82 at today’s rate).
