Samsung bada OS Screenshots Get Leaked [Samsung bada OS User Interface Available for the Human Eye]

I guess Christmas comes early this year to those who patiently wait. And in case you love leaked shots of brand new gadgets then you’re just about to get your fix. It looks like that bada OS from Samsung has been leaked. All over the Internet screenshots of the new OS have been made public and naturally, TFTS couldn’t miss any of them.
Surprisingly Samsung hasn’t properly launched any screenshots of the new OS but instead they have all been conveniently leaked just before Christmas. As you can see in the gallery below, the bada OS is based on Samsung’s TouchWiz UI which is quite a popular interface by now. Whether you own a new Samsung phone or you have read about TouchWiz before, you can’t say you’re not interested in such a mobile OS approach.
As you can see from the images below, Samsung wants to add lots of features to bada. The OS will support music services, mobile gaming, lots of applications and even more Internet-related features. Social networking integration is also vividly represented, but that’s already something we expect from most modern phones.
The dialer resembles somewhat the one found on the iPhone, or any other touchscreen phone for that matter and the overall graphics look pretty decent. The user interface seems pretty intuitive and easy to handle and it should compete fairly well against HTC’s Sense UI.
Unfortunately we don’t judge operating system by looks only. And that goes without saying particularly for mobile OS. A mobile OS needs to be user-friendly, intuitive, fast and very easy to master. After all, we want to make the most of our smartphones while on the go, don’t we?
Too bad that Samsung didn’t leak any screenshots of a phone running bada OS. We’ll just have to wait until next year to see what plans Samsung has for bada OS and if the new OS will be able to fight against iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, webOS and Windows Mobile.
