Fujitsu LifeBook UH900 ultra lightweight handheld PC

Fujitsu have just announced their ultra lightweight LifeBook UH900 MID as the perfect device for those looking to get both performance and ultimate mobility. Weighing in at only 500 grams and just under 1-inch thick, the LifeBook UH900 is a multitouch handheld PC  that counts on a 5.6 inch sunlight readable WXGA display, an Intel Atom Z530 processor and nothing less than 64GB of storage space courtesy of a solid-state drive (SSD).

Adding to the above, the new Fujitsu LifeBook UH900 is Windows 7 compatible and packs the already standard WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. On top of that there’s an optional integrated 3.5G WWAN, a web camera, a stereo microphone and a powerful battery that only requires recharges (around) every three hours.

Not enough? Well, for those who’d like to work a bit on their presentation slides and documents while on the go, the UH900 features the new  ThinkFree Mobile software to get everything done. And did we mention the 5 thumb-controlled touch button panel on the rim of the screen, that helps you change resolution or start your media programs.

No word when or how much the new Fujitsu LifeBook UH900 will cost, but we’re keen on getting our hands on it. Looks pretty solid, isn’t it?
