Black Friday and Cyber Monday have already passed by but that doesn’t mean we don’t have more deals to show you for the upcoming holidays. In fact just today Best Buy has issued a press release revealing its intentions for the upcoming period.
Best Buy has announced that the holiday shopping season will bring you a special 99-cent standard shipping price for all its products. The offer is available starting today and it will run for just a limited time. The offer won’t be available for items which require a scheduled delivery but everything else will come to your door for just $.99.
Besides the special shipping price Best Buy has more surprises for you. The company will guarantee Christmas deliveries for all orders placed no later than 11 AM Eastern Time on December 21. In case you don’t want to wait in line but you’d rather pick your gadgets from the store yourself then this option is also available. Buy online and 45 minutes later you’ll be able to pick it up in a store near you. Although the offer is available until 3 PM local time, December 24, make sure you buy all those gifts in time to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
John Thompson, senior vice president, BestBuy.com., had this to say about the holiday season:
We know that consumers are looking online to find the best deals this holiday season, and we’re providing new and exciting ways to bring value and convenience to their shopping experience. Whether consumers end up buying online or in store, we want to provide all the tools necessary for them to find the right gifts in a way that’s most fitting with their needs.

The website features a holiday gift center where you’ll find wish lists and the new Pitch-In Card which is a gift card that will let all those interested contribute to at any time. Another significant change is the addition of PayPal as an accepted online payment method. And now you can shop from Best Buy from your smartphone too by simply pointing the browser to m.bestbuy.com.
