Nokia X6 Released & Shipping in Selected Markets [Nokia X6 Comes With Music Edition Flagship Phone Availability Confirmed]

Having advised you that the Nokia N900 is now shipping in the US, Nokia have officially confirmed that their flagship ‘Comes with Music’ handset, namely the capacitive touchscreen touting Nokia X6 – which Nokia bill as being an ‘all-you-can-eat’ music phone – has now commenced shipping in ‘selected markets’ (specifically Europe, Eurasia and Middle-East and Africa).
The Nokia X6, which runs the 5th Edition of S60, comes with a 3.2” capacitive touchscreen 16:9 aspect ratio display offering 640 x 360 resolution, 32GB of integrated storage capacity, A-GPS with Ovi Maps 3.0, Bluetooth 2.0 +EDR, 802.11 b/g WiFi, TV-out and a 5 megapixel 4x digital zoom autofocus camera with Carl Zeiss optics and Dual LED flash.

“The Nokia X6 Comes With Music edition is a stellar offering, that gives music fans the power to download all the music they could ever want – quickly, easily and for free,” said Ole Feddersen, vice president, smartphones, Nokia. “We are giving people a handy access to and ownership of a vast music library and a great new touchscreen device to play their music on.”
The Nokia X6 Comes With Music Edition phone, which comes with three embedded games, Spore by EA, Asphalt4 and DJ Mix Tour by Gameloft, three embedded games (Spore by EA, Asphalt4 and DJ Mix Tour by Gameloft) which, of course, can be added to, along with applications, courtesy of the Ovi Store, is billed as being expected to retail at around the EUR 450 price point – though this is exclusive of any applicable taxes and not including any carrier specific subsidies.
