Best Buy Announces $197 HP Laptop [Cheap HP Laptop Included in Best Buy Black Friday Deals]

Just yesterday we showed you Best Buy’s Black Friday Bonanza and a couple of weeks ago we told you how Best Buy was getting ready to launch a $249 laptop. Well, guess what, folks? Best Buy is going to offer you an even cheaper laptop and this time it’s coming from HP.

The $197 HP laptop will be available starting this Friday which means it’s definitely part of the Black Friday deals offered by Best Buy. The HP laptop features an Intel Celeron 900 processor, 2GB of memory and a 160GB hard drive. You will certainly notice the laptop in the following days as it’s supposed to be featured in Best Buy ads on network and cable television through November 26.

In our previous post we showed you the $249 Acer laptop and many people, especially from outside the USA, asked about how they could get one. Well, unless Best Buy has a store in your country, you’ll have to order it online, if applicable, and have someone in the USA send it to your country. Shipping charges and local taxes will apply which means the cheap laptop you just purchased won’t be as cheap as you expected in the first place.

Besides those bargain laptops, Best Buy has a lot more deals to offer you this week. Best Buy says that it will bring you “the most competitive Windows 7 netbook offer ever, and Best Buy-Dell Limited Edition Exclusive Netbooks, which are individually numbered and designed by world renowned artists.”

Best Buy will also sell laptops, desktops and all-in-ones from the nine top computing brands: Acer, Apple, Asus, Dell, Gateway, HP, Sony, Toshiba and Lenovo. The giant retailer will offer you 30 laptops, 6 netbooks, 17 desktops and 4 all-in-ones. Laptops will be priced from $249.99 to $1999.99 and 8 desktops will be available for less than $500.

In case you’re interested in Apple laptops, those will be available from $999.99 to $2,499.99. Are you looking for laptops with special features? Then “large memory machines (6GB’s of memory)” start at $879.99 and Blu-ray laptops will start at $699.99.
