AT&T Xperia X10 Release on the Cards?

Whilst there’s been no official word for either AT&T or Sony Ericsson on the matter it would appear that the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Android smartphone his headed for an AT&T release following updated details emerging concerning the Xperia X10’s network connectivity compatibility.
Thanks to an update on the official Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 we can see that the Xperia X10’s listed network connectivity now offers up compatibility with AT&T’s network with the X10 specifically now taking in GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 and well as UMTS/HSPA 800/850/900/1700/1900/2100.
As stated above, there’s no official confirmation that the Xperia X10 will indeed hit AT&T but the revised network compatibility certainly leaves the gate open and serves, perhaps, as a pretty heavy hit that an AT&T Xperia X10 could indeed be on the cards.
Additional highlights of note taken from Sony Ericsson’s official Xperia X10 webpage include a ‘Video Light’ that is billed as offering ‘more light when shooting video’, which we assume, will keep the phone’s integrated flash illuminated to allow for capturing videos in poor lighting conditions (an interesting idea that we really ought to have seen before now) whilst there’s also Sony Ericsson also make mention of the Xperia X10 offering up Wisepilot turn-by-turn navigation on and above Google Maps integration – which comes sans Google Navigation on account of the fact that the X10 will not be Android 2.0 powered.
Interested? Us too, and for those that want to get a feel of the Xperia X10 we’ve included the Xperia X10 promo video below which isn’t particularly helpful in showing the handset’s features – you can find more details concerning the X10’s features in this previous posting – but which sets a particularly nice (if not somewhat overly glossy) tone in a bid to cast the X10 as a style icon.

I doubt it but the x10 does have the correct frequencies for t-mobile in the US including 3G. So hopefully it does come here to US.
