Motorola Motus Blurry Photo Leaks

When it comes to immortalizing a yet to be released mobile phone, spy photographers have their own way of taking a picture. There’s no flash, no autofocus, extremely low light and seems like their hands are trembling, as most of the times we get to look at blurry images that lack details and won’t disclose and specs. That’s the case with this image of a Motorola CLIQ-alike smartphone, that could actually be the new Motorola Motus.
Just weeks after clearing from the FCC, it looks like the Android-powered Motorola Motus is finally showing teeth. Supposedly packing a 3.1-inch 480×320 touchscreen, a 5 megapixel with autofocus and WiFi (802.11b/g) connectivity, the Motus also boasts a rather large flat keyboard that would make texting and emailing (for pianists like me) an easy job.
Other than being an average handset, the Motorola Motus lacks a D-pad for navigation and is supposedly running on Android 1.6. (which we’d much rather have it upgraded to 2.0 Eclair). Release date for the new smartphone is also rumored to happen some time in Q1 2010.
