Google have officially confirmed that they have revamped their Google News for Mobile service for the iPhone, Palm Pre and Android phones which, according to Google, “provides the same richness and personalization on your phone as Google News provides on desktop”.
Sporting a new, revised homepage displaying more news and news associated imagery, as well as the look and feel of the desktop version, the updated Google News for Mobile service for the iPhone, Palm Pre and Android phones (which follows on from a revamped Google News Mobile service already being offered for Blackberry, Windows Mobile and S60 based handsets) is available as of now in no less than 70 editions taking in 29 languages.
