If you’ve been aching to get your hands on the latest iteration of what is the most selling software title of all time, namely the latest instalment in the Microsoft Office – namely Microsoft Office 2010 – and you happen to be either a Technet or a MSDN subscriber then you’ll doubtless be pleased to know that you can get you hands on the Microsoft Office Beta as of today.

Along with sporting all the usual suspects – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint – Microsoft Office 2010 also heralds a new, somewhat more polished user interface utalising tabs and, of course, whilst bringing updates to all its key component programs, such a new Broadcast Slideshow feature for PowerPoint, a new Word file menu that’s heavy on the visuals and enhanced charts and graphs in Excel, MS 2010 also offers up Microsoft SkyDrive integration – with all copies of Office 2010 coming bundled with access to 25GB of online storage space.

Set to hit the shelves as a release candidate within the first half of 2010 (there’ no specific date as yet, or certainly not one that’s been officially confirmed that we know of) if you’re a Technet or MSDN subscriber you can now act to get to grips with the beta and, if you fancy offering us a little feedback, or some insight as to your thoughts concerning MS Office 2010, please, do feel free to drop us a comment.
