Sony Ericsson Kurara

Just days after taking the wraps off their new Xperia X10, a new Sony Ericsson has found its way on the intertubes and managed to get our attention. Meant as a sibling to the Sony Ericsson Satio, the new Kurara features a large 3.5-inch AMOLED full touchscreen, an 8.1 megapixel camera (no Xenon flash, but LED flash) with autofocus and is capable to do 720p video recording (hence why the HD letters on the back).

Although an unannounced model for now, the new Sony Ericsson Kurara is rumored to be part of Sony’s “Entertainment Unlimited” series. What else we know for now is that the Kurara won’t sport an USB port, will supposedly run Symbian S60 OS and will feature a bunch of hardware buttons just below the touch screen.

Just a leak for now, the new Sony Ericsson Kurara comes with an interesting design similat with what the Chinese market usually puts out. Release date is expected for the first half of 2010, but the price is yet to be announced.
