Verizon has just announced two new netbooks that are going to be available together with new 2-year Mobile Broadband plans. Both are made by HP and they are the Mini 311 and the Mini 110.

The HP Mini 311 will be available right now for just $249.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate while the HP Mini 110 will be available sometime in mid-November for $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate. Naturally these prices are in available only if you’re willing to sign a new 2-year Verizon contract.

What Mobile Broadband plans will Verizon offer? If you’re willing to settle for just 250MB of monthly traffic then you’ll be charged $39.99 per month and an extra $0.10/MB overage fees. The better alternative would be to go for a $59.99 per month plan which will get you 5GB of monthly traffic and a $0.05/MB overage fee.

In case you plan to use the Mobile Broadband plan outside of the USA you can choose between the GlobalAccess Monthly Plan and the GlobalAccess Pay Per Use plan. The first one starts at $129.99 per month and it includes 5GB allowance in the USA and Canada and 100MB allowance in select destinations around the world. If 100MB is not enough for surfing the Internet while roaming then a $219.99 monthly plan will double the international monthly traffic while keeping the domestic limit in place at 5GB. The Pay Per Use plan is available only if you purchase a $59.99 Mobile Broadband plan for the U.S. The Pay Per Use rate is $0.002/KB in Canada, $0.005KB in Mexico and $0.02/KB in other countries.
