Motorola Droid Android Smartphone 2

The day Android lovers are waiting for seems to be October 28. That’s when Verizon Wireless should launch the Motorola Droid. At least that’s how everything works in theory. What happens in real life is a very different thing. Motorola has officially revealed the Motorola Droid on its U.S. website well ahead of launch and we have all the hot details!

Thanks to our friends from BGR we can now enjoy official pictures, specs and features of the Droid. Just check the gallery below and explore the Droid for yourself. It looks like Motorola leaked everything out a week in advanced. Is this sheer ignorance or Machiavellian strategy? Did Verizon give its go ahead to this “accidental leak”? Or is it just another human error which lead to all this nonsense?

Whatever might be the case we’re certainly happy to see the official specs of the Droid. So, without further ado, let’s what the web pages are saying! Here’s what the Droid will have to offer:

Now that you have all the facts you can’t say you’re not impressed. Too bad that Motorola hasn’t leaked the official prices and we would have had all the details ahead of launch. How much would you pay for this Verizon Wireless handset? If you answered “whatever it will cost” I won’t blame you at all!
