We’ve covered the Asus Eee Keyboard – which is basically an AIO netbook housed in a keyboard – here on TFTS several times (see: Asus Eee PC Keyboard Home Theater Keyboard PC, Asus Eee Keyboard Release Date Set for October and FCC Leaks Asus Eee Keyboard Specifications & Features) and now, whilst its release seems to be set back once again, we have some additional info concerning its development as well as a promo video of the Asus Eee Keyboard in action.
Of course, the Asus Eee Keyboard is supposed to be available already (or so we had speculated) but again it appears to have seen its release set back as Asus develop it further with 720p/1080p HD Output now being confirmed, courtesy of the integration of a Broadcom video processing chip (allowing HD output via HDMI or wirelessly via UWB), as well as its onboard display gaining resistive touchscreen capabilities.
In the meantime, however, as we still await official confirmation from Asus concerning quite when their Eee Keyboard will actually see the light of day (we’ve no longer holding our breath on this one) here’s a taster of what the Eee Keyboard is set to offer courtesy of a video showing it in action in the Asus Eee Home environment.
