By way of an update relating to our initial posting concerning Acer’s dual boot Android/Windows XP netbook, the Acer Aspire One AOD250, we can now confirm that the dual OS touting AOD250 has just hit retail.
The Acer Aspire One AOD250, for those of you who missed our initial posting, comes with a 10.1” display, is powered by a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N280 process, comes with 160GB hard drive and , whilst in terms of specifications there’s nothing here we haven’t seen many times over, if you’re looking for a netbook offering up Google’s OS whilst having the ability to fallback on Windows XP (which we suggest you will, certainly if initial reports concerning the Android OS on a netbook are to be believed) then the Acer Aspire One AOD250 is undoubtedly for you.
