T-Mobile used to be an innovative company with several unique products and services. Now it is a company that can only obtain and keep customers by being the cheapest wireless service provider around. Project Dark is aimed at the consumer market. T-Mobile knows that it can no longer compete with AT&T, Verizon or even Sprint/Nextel for the business user and has decided to stop tying. The last advantage T-Mobile had to get larger business customers was the Enterprise Pooling Plans and those are being eliminated next week. Only customers that currently have those plans will be allowed to have them.

This is a desperate move by T-Mobile to stop the bleeding. T-Mobile would have to to come up with a plan that competes with that to really attract a lot of customers.

No mention of an all inclusive plan?

Although good phones and fast speeds are nice, they also need to compete in price.

Right now the Sprint Simply Everything plans look really attractive.
