Certainly the update appears to have not been made available as of yet and we are now awaiting confirmation as to when it will actually be offered up. Thanks for the comment. No-one actually has the upgrade, even Toshiba don't know what we're talking about - so, the challenge is this - if you are going to report that the download is available and free - show the link to the download!
