T-Mobile Motorola CLIQ Specs Revealed

Android, an open source mobile device operating system (based on Linux) developed by Google, is seen as one of the major developments in mobile technology in the recent years, and it looks like Motorola is bowing to its exceptional flexibility and amazing features by announcing the company’s first Android smartphone — the new Motorola Cliq.
Motorola Cliq is a 3G smartphone with a 3.1-inch HVGA touchscreen and a full QWERTY slideout keyboard. It features a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, has a 3.5mm standard headphone jack, pre-installed 2GB microSD memory card with support for upto 32GB of external memory and GPS.

With multitasking capabilities (like most of the other Android smartphones) Cliq is also the first device to run the Motoblur software that streams social networking content directly onto the home screen.
Updates for photos, contacts, posts and messages are gathered and synced from sources such as Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Gmail and email accounts. Other pre-loaded software include Amazon MP3, Shazam, iMeem Mobile, Google Maps with Streetview and Picasa.
Motorola Cliq will be available exclusively through T-Mobile USA later this fall. No price tag has been revealed at this time.
