Ultralight notebooks seem to be all the rage nowadays with new products popping up almost daily. One of those trying to dip its toes into this market is Dell with its two mid-sized Inspiron notebooks — the 14-inch Inspiron 14z and the 15.6-inch Inspiron 15z, both using Intel’s low power CULV processors which are extremely light as well as energy efficient.

CULV processors help slim down the notebooks (both only 1-inch thin) as compared to conventional systems and still retain pretty good performance. Same goes for these full fledged laptops that run on low power, low heat 1.3GHz Pentium Dual Core processors.
