Pre-order the Sprint HTC Hero on Best Buy From September 13 [Release Date Not Yet Confirmed]

If a screen-shot is to be believed, the Sprint HTC Hero is close. The said screenshot is purportedly from Best Buy’s internal system and gives some very interesting information on the upcoming HTC Hero.

More to it, it looks like the phone will become available for pre-order on Best Buy from September 13. That however, does not mean that the phone is actually releasing on September 13 as preorders usually start a few weeks before the launch of the product.

Although the screenshot does look very real, take it with a pinch of salt as we can’t .. really count on it.

The HTC Hero will be the first mobile phone to support Flash, which will likely make it an ideal device for surfing the web. It also comes with a 3.2-inch touchscreen display (320 x 480 resolution) with a fingerprint resistant coating. There’s GSM and HSDPA connectivity, Wi-Fi, integrated GPS, Google application integration, a 5 megapixel camera and a microSD memory card.
