Sony Announces DVP-FX370 and DVP-FX740DT

How many times have you traveled and the airplane movies proved to be so bad that you had to sleep for the whole flight? A good way to solve the issue is to get yourself a DVD player and speaking of it, Sony have just announced two new models — the DVP-FX370 and the DVP-FX740DT — for the Japanese market.
Both gadgets maintain the portability factor even though they come with a 7-inch LCD monitor and a powerful battery that packs enough juice for five hours of continuously play. More to it they also support DVD video with CPRM from a DVR. However, despite all the features they share, these players aren’t really identical twins. The Sony DVP-FX740DT actually ups the entertainment factor as compared to its sibling by featuring a 1 Seg TV Tuner — which is probably why these players are restricted to Japan.
Up until now there’s no word concerning a price, if they’ll ever be available outside Japan or when.
