If you’re among those that could’ve used a better battery while traveling but had absolutely no luck, then you should know about the new LG X130 netbook that has just been introduced. Why so? Because under its hood along with the Intel 1.6GHz N270 Atom CPU, the 10.1-inch (1024 x 600) WSVGA LED backlit display, 1 GB RAM and a 160GB HDD, there’s a powerful 9-cell battery that promises 12 hours of operation when in normal mode and 7.5 hours when in video mode.
Much like the previous X120 model, the LG X130 netbook also features Wi-Fi (b/g), Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, and comes with an installed version of Windows XP Home. More to it, like other LG netbooks the X130 comes with a dedicated key to access the Splashtop-based Smart-On Instant OS that loads in less than 7 seconds. It also features a textured display lid and offers three colors to choose from.

The new LG X-note X130 will be sold in South Korea, the Middle East, Africa and 30 European countries. It should cost nowhere above 789,000 Won, which is some $630 at today’s rate.
