MAINGEAR ex-L 15 Gaming Notebook Announced

After unveiling what they call the world’s most powerful gaming notebook (the eX-L 18) the folks at MAINGEAR have just announced a brand new model for the hardcore gamer, the new MAINGEAR ex-L 15. Packed under the hood of the new ex-L 15 there’s an 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260m GPU with the most advanced DX10 technology and the second-generation PureVideo HD engine, an Intel Core 2 45nm processor (even a Quad if you want to customize it) and up to 8GB of RAM.
The portable gaming machine features a 15-inch Matt Finished Type Screen (1920×1800 resolution), an 80GB SSD or a 500GB HDD, optional Intel Turbo Memory, Wi-Fi connectivity, integrated Bluetooth 2.1 and built-in HD audio system. On top of these, there are also 3 hi-speed USB 2.0 ports, DVI and HDMI output port, IEEE-1394a Fire Wire and an eSATA slot.
Weighing in at 7 lbs together with the 8 cells smart Lithium-Ion battery pack, the base model of the new MAINGEAR eX-L 15 notebook starts at $1,899 but we’re not sure when it should land at your doorsteps.
