Today Eye-Fi have just added to their wireless Secured Digital card range with the new 2GB Eye-Fi Geo WiFi SD card that allows users to upload photos from their digital cameras to a computer, while automatically geo-tagging them at the same time. Aimed squarely at Apple users, the new Eye-Fi Geo comes with easy iPhoto and MobileMe integration, while other online galleries and social networking sites should also be available for $9.99 per year.

While only half big compared with the Eye-Fi Pro that brings in Raw support and P2P connectivity, the new Eye-Fi Geo is all about functionality at a lower price, simplicity and an effortless user experience. And considering that Eye-Fi also has a free iPhone App that directly uploads and geo tags what you’re shooting, there’s no surprise that the Eye-Fi Geo is only available exclusively in Apple stores and on Apple.com.

Already available, the 2GB Eye-Fi Geo will cost you $60. Our advice? Make sure your wife doesn’t know your photostream feed in case you’ve been pointing and shooting around :)
