If we’re to believe the rumours, the new Samsung Solstice (formerly known as Samsung Infinity) is set for an AT&T debut in a matter of days. The low-cost touchscreen Solstice, brings in a 3-inch LCD display that features Samsung’s custom TouchWiz interface and an interesting on-screen keyboard with haptic (vibration) feedback.

Although it doesn’t work on a smartphone OS, Samsung Solstice still manages to impress with features such as an integrated 2 megapixel camera with 3x zoom, multi-shot and video capabilities, 3G over HSPA, assisted GPS with AT&T Navigator for turn-by-turn voice and on-screen driving directions, microSDHC card support and stereo Bluetooth. It also adds quick and easy Instant Messenger and Mobile Email for the businessman in you.

Priced at $99.99 for a one year contract, $174.99 if you can sign for two years and $249.99 if you don’t like commitments, the new Samsung Solstice should be available in AT&T stores before August 2nd.
