Acer is going to add to their lienup with the new Acer Travelmate Timeline business notebooks. 13.3-inch, 14-inch and 15.6-inch models, the new Travelmate Timeline notebooks will boast CULV low-voltage processors hidden under a magnesium alloy chassis that offers improved durability. More to it, they also come packed with dedicated anti-shock software and biometric security to make sure your important data stays secure.
More to it, the new Travelmate Timeline series comes with Intel’s Laminar Wall Jet system that allows for a much more comfortable working experience — as it creates a cushion of cool air between the case and your skin.

On top of that, the laptops are going to run on mixture of Core 2 Solo SU3500 and Core 2 Duo SU9400/SU9600 processors, support up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, come with either an Intel GMA 4500MHD or an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 graphics card, standard gigabit ethernet, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, and an optional 3G HSPA.
The 13.3-inch Acer Travelmate 8371 Timeline is already available in Europe for 620 Eur (some $880 at today’s rate) while the other models (Acer Travelmate 8471 Timeline and Acer Travelmate 8571 Timeline) should be priced North of 690 Euro (close to $1,000).
