I emailed technical support and they said it was probably faulty so I exchanged it for another one....which does the same. It will successfully charge my wifes old nokia phone (by the way it doesn't come with a charging tip for a modern nokia, only the older larger tip!) but it obviously doesn't have enough output to charge my phone. Trying to decide whether to take it back or just keep it to use as a bag (with a light on the outside that flashes all the time). I bought one of these last week and it doesn’t charge my Touch Pro….it drains it!
