Conmoto Muro Outdoor Fireplace burning eco-friendly bio-alcohol

Nothing looks cooler than a sleek outdoor fireplace when you are entertaining on the back deck. Their ability to enhance the ambiance of even the most ordinary of spaces has made them some of the most popular design upgrades in homes around the world. The latest in outdoor fireplace technology from Conmoto, the Muro, not only looks great but its environmentally friendly fuel option won’t add to your carbon footprint either.

The Conmoto Muro designed by Sebastian David Buscher is the perfect fusion of form and function. Crafted in concrete and glass it has a clean modern look that adds an air of sophistication to any decor. The minimalist fireplace burns liquid bio-alcohol – the fuel tank has about a 3.5-hour burn time – and is perfect for any outdoor location. And it’s flexibility allows you to set it up on your patio or balcony, even mount to the wall.

The Conmoto Muro is really a decorative piece, so you shouldn’t expect to heat your house with it, but it will generate close to 1 kW of heat. That might be enough to warm your hands with in the cold fall months. There is also a specially-crafted stainless steel hook that allows for infinite adjustment of the fuel tank. The Conmoto Muro outdoor fireplace with glass fire screen retails for 1,095GBP (about $1,800) or 935GBP (about $1,500) without.
